(Senior) Solutions Engineer

Your Role
  • Design Intelligent Automations: Leverage our platform to build agentic systems that interact with UIs like humans—navigating, clicking, reading, and inputting data across platforms using vision-based and AI-powered controls.
  • Integrate AI Workflows: Translate customer processes into autonomous agents by integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and task orchestration logic—turning traditional automation into decision-capable flows.
  • Custom Solution Engineering: Develop tailored plugins, automation scripts, and microservices that extend our AI UI automation capabilities to match each customer's unique ecosystem.
  • Train & Enable: Deliver documentation, live enablement sessions, and hands-on workshops to help customers adopt, maintain, and scale their AI-driven automations effectively.
  • Real-World Feedback Loop: Capture edge cases, technical challenges, and UX bottlenecks directly from the field, and turn them into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering teams.
  • Rapid Feature Prototyping: Move fast to build and deliver experimental features or proof-of-concept AI agents based on urgent customer needs or internal innovation sprints.
  • Evaluate Emerging AI Models: Experiment with cutting-edge AI tools (e.g. multimodal models, action transformers) to assess how they can enhance automation coverage, stability, or flexibility.
  • Cross-Team Intelligence Bridge: Act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering—ensuring everyone is aligned on the current solution landscape and future opportunities.
  • Own the Customer Experience: Serve as a strategic technical partner to customers, helping them reimagine how AI and automation can drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across their operations.
Your Profile
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript
  • Deep familiarity with the Windows ecosystem
  • Bonus: Exposure to Mac and Linux environments
  • Skilled in setting up CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficient in building and managing Docker images
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Comfort with virtualization platforms: VMware ESXi, Proxmox, or Windows Hyper-V
  • Experience in automation frameworksand testing tools:
    • Playwright or .NET testing frameworks
    • BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
    • XRay integration
    • Browserstack
